Unit Description: The Cardiovascular Unit provides professional nursing care to out-patients for planned procedures in the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Non-Invasive Cardiology, Interventional Radiology Lab, and a variety of Radiology procedures. This dynamic 15 bay unit provides Pre- and Post-Procedural care. You will be part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team dedicated to patient & family-centered care with responsibility for treating a diverse patient population. Our unit is open Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
On-call: There are occasional On Call shifts from 6:30 p.m.- 9:30 p.m depending on the FTE. The 0.7 FTE position requires a maximum of three On Call shift/2 week pay period.
Experience:
Preferred ACLS certified and has peripheral IV experience. Appropriate experience in specific clinical area. Varies by unit.
Greater than one year of experience.
