$22.28/hour | 24/7 operation with shifts including 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.

Sterile Processing Technicians play an important role in patient safety and surgical care, ensuring instruments and equipment are properly cleaned, inspected, assembled and sterilized so our OR teams have what they need for every procedure.

We’re hiring 5 full-time Sterile Processing Technicians to start November 23, and previous Sterile Processing experience is not required. This is a great opportunity to start a career in Sterile Processing, learn from an experienced team and build skills you can grow with.

Training & Growth

Approximately 8–10 weeks of orientation on day shift will provide hands-on training with experienced team members. After orientation, you’ll transition to your accepted shift.

Education & Certification

High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of college preferred. CRCST certification required within 12 months of hire and must be maintained annually.
