Whether your experience comes from commercial facilities, healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, hospitality, property management, or another maintenance-focused environment, you’ll have the opportunity to apply your technical expertise while expanding your skills across a diverse healthcare campus. If you enjoy solving problems, working with your hands, collaborating with a skilled team, and taking pride in quality workmanship, we’d like to hear from you.

  • Perform repairs to doors, hardware, ceilings, walls, flooring, fixtures, and other building components.
  • Assist with plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance activities as operational needs require and within the scope of your qualifications.
  • Support the operation of the Central Utility Plant by monitoring building systems, responding to alarms, and assisting with facility operations as needed.
  • Utilize the Building Automation System (BAS) to monitor equipment performance and respond to system alerts.
  • Respond to facility service requests and maintenance emergencies while minimizing disruption to patient care.
  • Collaborate with fellow Facilities professionals on maintenance projects, renovations, and campus improvement initiatives.
  • Document maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Help maintain a safe, reliable, and welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot a variety of building systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, prioritize competing demands, and respond effectively during emergency situations.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Experience working in healthcare or other mission-critical facilities.
  • Interest in expanding technical knowledge across multiple building trades.
  • Mechanical certification or skilled trade licensure.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
